This Excello bar magnet in steel body is produced with AlNiCo magnet and a solid external thread. The AlNiCo bar magnet is characterized by its particularly high working temperatures reaching up to 450°C. Suitable for industrial holding and gripping applications.

This type of AlNiCo bar magnet in steel body holds the advantage of a solid external thread. This secures an efficient gripping ability. The AlNiCo bar magnet is known for its high working temperatures reaching up to 450 °C.

Cylinder shaped bar magnets are characterized by the enclosed magnet (AlNiCo) in the metal body. The magnet is well protected from exterior impacts. The magnet is only magnetic on one side due to the external thread on the other.

This product provides a high magnetic strength and reaches a magnetic force up to 660 newton at the largest dimension. All strengths and prices are shown in the list above.
This model with an external thread is available in many different dimensions pending from Ø6 – Ø63 mm. Other dimensions can be produced according to amounts. Please ask in our technical department for further information.

*The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
