This Excello pot magnet is produced in white plastic coating with an internal thread. Thanks to the plastic coating a more exclusive look is obtained. Highly suitable for visible applications where design features are highly prioritized.

These Excello pot magnets with internal thread are developed with an elegant plastic coated surface.
The pot magnet is specifically used for applications where the magnet remains visible and where the demands are high regarding design features. The pot magnet has the same effective gripping qualities as the traditional pot magnets with metal pot. The ferrite magnet enclosed in the pot provides the magnetic force.
The pot magnet is part of the Excello series that provides certainty and security regarding the strength and durability of the product.
Magnetic strength of the magnet
The ferrite magnet provides a holding force of approx. 12 kilos for this type of pot magnet (120 newton).
The pot magnet in white plastic coating is produced in Ø43 and equipped with a M4 or M5 thread. Please consult our technical department if special arrangements shall be made.

*The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel ( S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
