This Excello pot magnet has a set of unique characteristics making the magnet ideal for environments with special hygienic regulations. The pot magnet in stainless steel is highly resistant to chemicals and they can operate under higher temperatures than our normal galvanized pot magnets.
The solid screwed bush of the pot magnet and the ferrite magnet ensures the excellent holding abilities of the product. The ferrite magnet is enclosed in the stainless steel pot where it lays securely protected.
The pot magnet forms part of our Excello series that provides certainty regarding durability and accurate magnetic force.
Magnetic strength for the pot magnet
The stainless steel pot magnet with screwed bush provides a magnetic strength up to 280 Newton for the largest dimension. The force depends on the dimension and a complete list of dimensions can be seen under “Product overview”.
The pot magnets with screwed bush in stainless steel are produced from Ø25-Ø63 mm as a standard. If other dimensions are required please contact our sales department.

*The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel ( S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
