This rectangular rubber coated magnet has an internal thread and offers great magnetic force. The rubber magnet comes in two different models with either one or two threads and is part of our well-known Protego Series. The soft rubber makes the magnet ideal for varnished surfaces.

Details

These rectangular rubber coated magnets are very strong magnets equipped with one or two internal threads. The rubber coated magnet is entirely produced of high-quality materials thus ensuring a solid and durable product. The rubber magnet with two threads is produced of grade N48 for extra strength.

 

The rubber coated magnet forms part of our Protego series that provides the necessary certainty regarding magnetic force and durability. 

 

The rubber magnets can also be acquiered in white rubber if needed. Please consult our sales department for further information.

 

Magnetic strength for the rubber coated magnet system

The holding forces of this rectangular magnet is between 105-146 newton depending on the actual type. The strong neodymium magnets placed in the rubber ensures the holding force and the multiple application possibilities.

 

Dimension

This type of rectangular rubber magnet comes in two models. Same dimension for both types 43x31 mm with M4 threads. If in need of other dimensions please ask in our technical department.

 

Other rubber coated magnets

This rectangular Protego rubber coated magnet is only produced in this dimension as a standard. However, other models in round shape can be acquiered: see also rubber coated magnets with internal threadrubber magnets with threaded neck and rubber coated magnets with screwed bush.

 

Remarks

Apply our rubber magnet systems with caution due to the high magnetic strength.

*The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel ( S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
