AlNiCo bar magnet in full steel body
These AlNiCo bar magnets are produced with a full steel body with Aluminium-Nickel-Cobalt material as the magnetic holding force. The Excello bar magnet has only one active magnet side and is used for industrial holding applications.

This AlNiCo bar magnet with full steel body holds the advantage of tolerating very high working temperatures. They are often used for industrial applications thanks to the excellent holding abilities. The AlNiCo magnet is enclosed in the steel body where it lays protected from outer impacts. The steel body also increases the overall magnetic force of the bar magnet.
The bar magnet forms part of the Excello quality series that provides certainty regarding the strength and durability of the product.
Magnetic strength for the AlNiCo bar magnet
The magnetic strength is very high for this magnet. Depending on the dimension this bar magnet reaches a strength up to 600 newton for the highest standard dimension. At larger quantities it is possible to produce a large variety of dimensions. Thus, if higher force is needed please contact the technical department.

Remarks
The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
