Details
This Base electromagnetic door holder is a high-quality product specifically developed for improving the protection against fire in all types of buildings. The electromagnets are produced and tested according to both European and German regulations.
The incorporated floor bracket facilitates easy mounting of the electromagnetic door holder.
Safety for the Electromagnetic door holder
Safety is the decisive factor when using electromagnetic door holders which primary function is to save lives in the event of fire accidents. When the fire system detects the first signs of smoke the fire door immediately closes thus preventning any spreading of lethal smoke to other areas.
Product qualities
The electromagnetic door holder model Base is produced in dimensions 121 x 121 x 86 mm as a standard. The fire door retainer provides 490 Newton / 24 volt and 1.5 watt. The electromagnet has a 100 % duty cycle (ED) meaning that the magnet operates under constant power without affecting the magnetism.
The electromagnetic door holder has a manual release button.
All our electromagnetic door holders has integrated a spring loaded anti-remenance pin which ensures zero residual holding force when the magnet is de-energised. This ensures faster closing of fire door and additional safety.
