Ferrite block magnets
These ferrite ceramic block magnets come in a very high quality. The block magnets tolerate working temperatures up to 250 degrees Celcius and they have high resistance against corrosion. Ceramic magnets have a fairly high magnetic strength and are often used for door keepers, separators, toys etc.
- Magnetized axially in standard range but can also be produced with radial dual pole or multipole
- Ceramic block magnets comes in isotropic and anisotropic versions
- Max temperature: 250 °C
- Tolerance L: + 0.6 / - 0.6 mm
- Tolerance W: + 0.4 / - 0.4 mm
- Tolerance H: + 0.5 / - 0.2 mm

Ferrite block magnets are rectangular magnets that plays a significant role in industrial contexts. This thanks to the magnets’ high resistance against corrosion but more importantly due to the low productions costs for this type of magnet.
Ferrite magnets are characterized by their grey appearance due to the high levels of iron.
This type of magnet can also be acquiered as ferrite disc magnets and ferrite ring magnets.
Remarks
The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel ( S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
