Details
This white lacquered magnetic hook in steel holds the advantage of a high magnetic strength and a solid hook. Magnetic hooks are used for many different purposes and the exclusive white lacquered surface makes the product ideal for visible applications where the design plays an important part. The magnetic hook is solely produced by high quality ferrite magnets and steel material.
Magnetic strength
The holding force of the magnetic hook depends on the dimension. At the largest dimension (D80 mm) the magnetic hook reaches a magnetic strength up to 600 newton. See all strengths in the overview above.
Dimension
All magnetic hooks in steel are produced with hook except article number 30795 (D80 mm) which is made with eye bolt. Please see dimensions, prices and magnetic strengths in the product overview.
Remarks
Please note that marks or scratches can appear in the lacquered surface if the magnetic hook is placed directly up against another product or is striked by other objects.
The magnetic hook can also be produced in any RAL color at a minimum purchase of 1000 pcs. Please contact the sales department for more information.
The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel ( S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
