Details
The Air Roller magnetic sweeper is developed to obtain higher stability, magnetic strength and durability than the regular magnetic sweepers on the market. The magnetic attraction mechanism of the Air Roller sweeper consist of a solid magnetic roll that collects all metal parts and swarfs on its way. Therefore, the magnetic sweeper collects an even larger amount of material as all parts of the roll are utilized.
In addition, it has now become much easier to release and get rid of the collected metal swarfs thanks to the “roll down” mechanism. Move the mechanism slowly down the roll and place a catchment bucket beneath for the metal scrap to fall into. The Air Roller Magnetic Sweeper is a lightweight product, which is easy to lift for cleaning and removing the metal scrap. Thanks to the practical click system, the magnetic roll can be removed in an instant and cleansed.
All metal materials are produced in stainless steel to complete the line of high quality and long durability.
Magnetic strength of the Air Roller magnetic sweeper
The Air Roller magnetic sweeper provides an excellent magnetic strength thanks to the ferrite magnet enclosed in the roll. Thus, the magnetic sweeper is strong enough to lift and hold a large amount of metal parts.
Dimension
The dimension of the Air Roller magnetic sweeper is 1000x830 mm. Big enough to cover even large workshops and halls and small enough to be stored in narrow places behind rack systems.
