Details
This Excello pot magnet with screwed bush is characterized by having a strong neodymium magnet enclosed in a protective metal pot. This ensures only one active magnetic side whereas the opposite side is for mounting via the screwed bush.
The metal pot serves not only as protection for the enclosed magnet but it also increases the overall magnetic force of the product. This ensures a particularly strong magnetic product with multiple application possibilities. The pot magnet forms part of our high-quality Excello series which provide the needed certainty and approval regarding accurate magnetic strength and long durability.
Magnetic strength for the pot magnet
The pot magnet with screwed bush provides a high magnetic strength. As a standard this pot magnet reaches up to 1000 Newton but the actual strength depends on the dimension. The neodymium magnets enclosed in the metal pot form the basis for the magnetic strength and the pot itself contributes to the holding force.

This type of neodymium pot magnet comes in dimensions from Ø6 mm – Ø50 mm. If other dimensions are needed please contact our technical department.

Remarks
The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel ( S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
