Product Description
Details
This Excello bar magnet is produced with internal thread providing the product with a particularly efficient gripping ability. A solid AlNiCo magnet is used to ensure the high magnetic strength and the high working temperatures. The AlNiCo magnet is enclosed in the steel body where it lays securely protected. The bar magnet is characterized by having only one active magnetic side.
The bar magnet is part of the Excello quality series which provides certainty regarding the strength, durability and overall quality of the product.
Magnetic strength
The holding force of this AlNiCo bar magnet with internal thread is very high due to the Aluminium-Nickel-Cobalt material. The different magnetic strengths can be seen in the list above.

The product comes in several different magnet dimensions. It is possible to compare dimension with magnetic strength and prices above. If other dimensions are required please contact our sales department for the possibility of a custom-made product (according to required amounts).
Other Excello bar magnets
The magnet is also produced as AlNiCo bar magnet with a full steel body and AlNico bar magnet with external thread.
Remarks
The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
