Magnetic filter bars for filtration - internal thread / Neodymium

Strong magnetic filter bars containing neodymium for filtration of metal particles and shavings. The filter bars simply separate and collect metallic elements from non-metallic material. Thanks to the smooth stainless steel housing, it is easy to remove the collected metal parts from the bar after use (either wiping it of or by air pressure). The magnetic filter bars can as a standard be used in dry environments for example wood, plastic etc. It is possible to have the ends sealed and welded to make the bar suitable for humid and wet environments.

With these strong magnetic filter bars in neodymium, you can get rid of the metal shavings and particles in your system. Thanks to the long durability and the low level of wear and tear of the product, you can expand your duration of your production line and minimize the risk of costly maintenance and cleaning.
The products in the list above are our standard measures, but we are able to produce a custom-made magnetic filter bar for your specific system. If you want to use the filter bars within humid or wet environments or in contact with food, it requires special consideration when producing. We can also improve the magnet's ability to withstand a higher temperature up to 350°C.
The magnetic flux density is measured in mT (milliTesla). 1 mT is 10 Gauss.
