Details
This special bar magnet with SmCo magnet is produced with a full brass body as a standard. However, it is also possible to produce the bar magnet with an internal thread according to the requiered quantity.
The bar magnet forms part of the Excello quality series for extra certainty regarding the strength and durability of the bar magnet.
This type of bar magnet is characterized by having a narrow surface between the north and south pole providing the bar magnet with a particularly high magnetic strength. As a consequence, the bar magnets is often used for applications where the surface is very smooth and where there is no risk of occurring any air gap between the magnet and the surface. Furthermore, the magnet is almost free of any kind of maintenance.

Other Excello bar magnets
The SmCo bar magnet in brass body can also be produced with internal thread according to the required amount. The bar magnet is also produced with a full steel body.
Remarks
The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
