Details
This Excello pot magnet with internal thread is a very strong magnet type thanks to the neodymium material. The thread provides many application possibilities for the pot magnet and the product is mostly used for its excellent gripping and holding abilities. By having the magnet surrounded by a protective metal pot it is possible to obtain an extraordinary solid and durable product. Only high-quality raw materials in magnet and metal is being used to produce these pot magnets.
This pot magnet forms part of our quality Excello series that provides the needed certainty regarding magnetic force and durability.
Magnetic strength for the pot magnet
The neodymium magnet provides great holding force even at small dimensions. Depending on the actual diameter the magnet reaches up to 1750 Newton (175 kilos). Working temperatures are lower than the ferrite pot magnets.
Dimension
Neodymium pot magnets with internal thread comes in different standard dimensions from Ø25 mm – Ø74,5 mm. Please see the complete list of products above. If different dimensions are needed please contact our technical department. We specialize in custom-made systems and almost every need can be met.

Remarks
The holding forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel ( S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm by pulling the magnet vertically from the surface (1kg~10N). A deviation of -10 % (max.) in the stated values is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value will be exceeded.
