A square magnetic grid with filter bars ideal for filtration of metal particles and shavings within square shaped applications. The grid is only screwed together, which makes it easy to take apart when it needs to be cleaned. The magnetic grid requires minimal maintenance and has long durability. The grid minimizes the risk of downtime in the system due to unwanted passage of metal parts. It is ideal in applications where the granules are in free fall.

A magnetic grid for filtration of small metal elements e.g. metal particles and shaving. The magnetic grid with filter bars is made with high quality focusing on the high demands regarding duration and execution. Even though the grid is easy to take apart for cleaning, this is a solid magnetic product, which can prevent unwanted metal elements from being transported further into the system or to the final product.
Magnetic grid in many different variations
The magnetic grid can be produced in many different variations and dimensions depending on your exact application and wishes. No matter if, it is this type, the round magnetic grids for pipe systems, the magnetic grids for funnel systems, or the magnetic filter bars, you can adjust them for your system.
The magnetic flux density is measured in mT (milliTesla). 1 mT is 10 Gauss.
