Solid magnetic filter bars for filtration of metal particles and shavings. The filter bars are made with a center of ferrite, making them temperature resistant up to 200°C. The magnetic bars have a stainless steel housing and are as a standard made for dry environments. It is possible to make them suitable for humid and wet environments by welding the ends. The smooth stainless steel housing makes it easy to clean either by wiping down or with air pressure.

With these robust magnetic filter bars, you are able to collect unwanted metal shavings and particles, so they do not get further into your system or installation. The magnetic bars in ferrite are ideal for use within installations containing wood or plastic. The filter bars are produced by order. If you need a larger quantity, you are able to get them custom-made e.g. with another length or thread so it matches your application. It is also possible to make the bars suitable for managing higher temperatures up to 350°C.

With Larko's magnetic filter bars for filtration, you increase the lifetime of your system, and you prevent unnecessary and expensive downtime. The filter bars are an essential and reliable device for all installations where unwanted metal particles must not be carried further around the system.
The magnetic flux density is measured in mT (milliTesla). 1 mT is 10 Gauss.
